Thank you Cate for the meditation yesterday. I was engaging with ego thoughts a lot throughout – huge resistance in seeing the Christ in everyone. I did not give up though and some beautiful glimpses did appear.
For me it was a great exercise in noticing where my attention was going and asking Holy Spirit to help guide me back. I found that rather than allow the ego to win by continuing to think I was failing, I decided to just close my eyes and repeat “thank you” over and over and over again.
